You can cancel an order when it's in packed/shipped status, as long because the cancel option is out there on App/Website/M-site. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid are going to be credited into an equivalent payment mode using which the payment was made.
Tap on “Purchase History” section under the most menu of your App/Website/M-site then select the item or order you would like to cancel.
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there's no amount to be refunded because you haven't purchased your order. For payments made via credit card, debit card, Net Banking, or Wallet you'll receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

We guarantee you'll be satisfied with our products. most significantly, we guarantee your satisfaction, or we guarantee to create it right! If you're not satisfied, then you can return the products within 48 hours after delivery, and you'll be refunded the same as per policy.
Return and Refund
We provide return or replacement service, only damage and wrong products received to customer. Once we received the return request then we’ll acknowledge you via email within 48 hours.
After that we’ll also confirm you that your return request has been approved or Cancelled within 24 hours. Once your return request has been approved then return procedure will be initiated and your refunded amount will be created automatically to your credit or debit card or original method of payment within a certain day, return will be initiated within 2 or 3 working days after receiving the products.
In case late in refund
First check your bank account, credit or debit card as per your payment mode and then contact your respective bank as sometimes it’s taken time to reflect amount in your account.
